Terms and conditions

Welcome to our website www.Mlaesthetic.ca. By visiting this website, placing an order, or booking a service  you accept the following policies, terms, and conditions:

GIFT CARDS

All purchases made online at mlaesthetic.ca are issued in the form of a gift card, with the exception of products from the Mlaesthetic boutique. Please present this gift card at the moment of your visit to ML Aesthetic. All clients need to have an appointment schedule to come to the clinic. No clients will be able to get a service done if there wasn’t an appointment scheduled before. As a safety measure, a credit card number or a deposit is required at the time of booking. Must be 16 years or older to book an appointment. No promotion can be applied to purchases made with a gift card. Prices subject to change without prior notice. An extra charge due to a price increase may be charged one year after the card’s issue date. The value of your gift card cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Not redeemable for cash and non-refundable. A 24-hour delay between the online purchase and the use of a service or gift card is required.

Booking Policy 

A 50$ deposit is required to confirm an appointment

If the deposit is not received 24 hours after taking the appointment we reserve ourselves the right to cancel the appointment without any prior notice.

The deposit is non-refundable and can only be transferred with a 24 hours notice

CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time of booking, a credit card number or a deposit of 50$ is required as a safety measure. Canceling or modifying less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 50$ charge.To cancel, contact us at the following: website  www.mlaesthetic.ca telephone number: 438 928 8853

Clientele policy 

Please come with a bare face upon appointment.

No children under the age of 13 will be allowed in the facility unless they are accompanied by an adult

Customers that have canceled or no-showed 3 consecutive times will no longer be accepted as a client.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, your service will be limited due to other scheduling

If you are more than 15 minutes late a 20$ fee will be applied

If you arrive 30 minutes late, you won’t be able to receive your service and you will lose your 50$ deposit.

 

 Pictures / Publications

Pictures of your skin will be taking we might use them for promotional purposes. If you want your eyes or other part of you face to be hidden it is your responsibility to mention that in your client consent form or to your aesthetician.
